decent stay but check-in chaos was frustrating
The breakfast spread dazzles with variety. The staff shines, especially Stacy and Sophia, who made me feel welcomed.
Check-in felt like a broken record repeating '4 pm' non-stop.

Liked Yonkers, the hotel was respectable near restaurants. King room had a comfortable bed. Central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and coffee/tea making equipment were a huge plus. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from A Circa-1912 Landscaped Park. Our whole experience was very pleasant, recommend.

Great spot for chilling out
Big room, comfy bed, and the breakfast was solid. Plus, it was super close to shopping and theaters, only 13 mins away. Had a little hiccup with the front desk about creamer for coffee that was kinda frustrating. watch out for the sneaky parking fee that they don't tell you about.

The rooms are a good size and seem to be recently renovated, with two queen beds and three fresh bath towels provided. the service here is top-notch 👌.

The services at Hampton Inn & Suites Yonkers were excellent, including complimentary breakfasts. I had an impressive and huge room with 2 separate double beds. - the location was magnificent, right by the parkway and close to family attractions, New York City, and Grand Central Terminal.

The hotel is new so all services are state of the art.
The climate control in your room has a mind of its own. It will set itself to auto and operate how it wants to. Very uncomfortable if you would like to adjust it yourself.
