Enjoyed a peaceful stroll through historic downtown and spent a fun day at the Bronx Zoo. The staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was decent. Just a heads up, parking costs $12, so be aware of that before you arrive.

One downside was the housekeeping service. Our room wasn’t cleaned until late the next day, and we had to call for towels. A little frustrating but didn’t ruin our stay.

Nice spot for a fam getaway

We stayed for 3 nights and the room was super comfy! The staff was really helpful and even gave us free water. The pool and bar were nice perks. Only thing was, the room was kinda dark, could've used more light. Plus, gotta watch out for the pricey snacks. Overall, great place for a family stay!

I was enchanted by the spacious 2 Queen Studio Suite! The complimentary breakfast buffet was an amazing variety-especially the oatmeal bar that my kids couldn’t get enough of! The staff personalized our stay with such warmth, which is something I always look for when I travel!
